INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Frozen banana
- 1 Kiwi Fruit
- 1 Fig
- A Handful of frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp Maca powder *Try Dis-Chem or your local Health Shop
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- A Handful of rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp double thick plain yogurt
METHOD
Blend all ingredients together and voila your smoothie is ready to enjoy!
